1. In cases of annulment or nullity of the contract, the contracting parties shall be restored to the position in which they were before the conclusion of the contract. If this is impossible, compensation may be awarded. 2. If a contract is annulled due to the limited capacity of a discerning minor, in such cases as permitted by law, such minor shall only be obliged to return the benefit that has accrued to them from the performance of the contract.
