1. Possession shall be deemed continuous from its inception through normal and regular use of the thing or right. 2. A person who claims ownership by the lapse of time may rely on the possession of the person from whom they acquired the property. 3. A lessee, usufructuary, depositary, borrower, or their heirs may not claim by the lapse of time.
