1. The court shall maintain a special register to record the decisions issued appointing or confirming executors of the estate if appointed by the decedent, or for their removal or resignation. 2. The registration mentioned in Paragraph (1) of this Article shall have effect with respect to third parties dealing with the heirs concerning the estate's immovable properties.
