Article 1055

1. The opinion of the majority of co-owners in matters of ordinary administration shall be binding on all. The majority shall be calculated based on the value of the shares. If such majority is not attained, the court may, upon the request of a co-owner, take such measures as it deems necessary, and may appoint a person to administer the undivided property if needed. 2. The majority may appoint an administrator, whether from among the co-owners or from third parties, and may establish a system for the administration of the property and the enjoyment thereof, which shall apply to all co-owners and their successors, whether general or special.
