The Execution Judge shall order that the detention order made against the Debtor shall lapse in the following cases: 1. If the Creditor agrees in writing that the order may be revoked; 2. If the obligation of the Debtor for the satisfaction of which the order was made ceases for any reason; or 3. If any of the conditions necessary for the order of detention to be made lapses, or if an impediment to the making thereof arises.
