1. If the action of entitlement covers only part of the real property attached, the sale shall not be stayed in respect of the remainder of it. 2. Without prejudice to the provision contained in Clause (1) of this Article the Execution Judge may make an order upon the application of a person concerned staying the sale in connection with the whole of the real property if there are serious reasons justifying that course.
