Part Two: Suing Judges and Members of the Public Prosecution · Chapter Three: Expedited Enforcement

1. A grievance may be brought before the Court of Appeal against the description of the judgment by the usual procedures for bringing appeals. The Court of Appeal shall consider it while convening in a Deliberation Chamber. 2. It shall be permissible to raise the grievance referred to in Clause (1) of this Article at the hearing, even after the expiration of the time limits for appealing, during the hearing of the appeal brought against the judgment. 3. A judgment shall be passed on the grievance independently of the merits.
