Part Two: Suing Judges and Members of the Public Prosecution · Chapter Three: Expedited Enforcement

1. It shall be permissible in all cases for the Court before which the appeal or grievance is brought to make an order upon the application of the person concerned staying the execution if it is feared that substantial harm will arise from the execution. 2. The Court may, when ordering a stay of execution, order that a surety be provided or make such order as it deems to ensure the preservation of the right for which judgment was passed.
