1. Execution shall take place under the supervision of the Execution Judge at the seat of each Court of First Instance, administration, or Court of execution - as the case may be - in every judicial authority, and they shall be assisted therein by a sufficient number of Execution Bailiffs and Execution Officers, or private companies and offices for which a decision is issued by the Minister of Justice or the head of the local judicial authority. They may, after observing the relevant financial legislation, determine the fees due for the execution works entrusted to private companies and offices. 2. The procedures to be observed before the Court of First Instance shall be observed before the Execution Judge, unless the law provides otherwise.
