The Will shall be registered in the register prepared for this purpose at the competent court in accordance with the following conditions and procedures: 1. The testator shall be non-Muslim subject to the provisions of the Decree Law and this Resolution. 2. The Will shall satisfy the Will validity conditions stipulated in Article (28) of this Resolution. 3. The Will shall nominate an Executor and shall state how the Testate property shall be disposed of. 4. The testator shall have signed the Will or affixed his seal or fingerprint to it, in the presence of two (2) witnesses. 5. The text of the Will shall not have been altered by deleting or erasing any part thereof, or by adding or inserting new text. 6. All the fees shall have been paid.
