1. The father and mother may agree that the visitation shall be shared between them. In the event of disagreement, the competent court shall determine the place and time of the visit and the overnight stay, the person responsible for bringing the child in custody, the supervisor of the visit and the consequences resulting from the failure to implement the visitation and who caused it. 2. The competent court may, sua sponte or upon the motion of either parent, issue a decision to stop the visitation of the child when the interests of the child in custody require so, and when the disagreement between the parents disaffects the interests of the child in custody.
