1. Whoever violates any of the provisions of Article (107) of this decree-law, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one (1) year and a fine of not less than five hundred thousand (500,000) Dirhams. 2. An additional daily fine of fifty thousand (50,000) Dirhams shall be imposed for each day in case of continuing breach, provided that the total fine shall not exceed ten million (10,000,000) Dirhams.
