The following shall be punished by imprisonment and a fine of no less than one hundred thousand (100,000) Dirhams and no more than five hundred thousand (500,000) Dirhams, or by either of these two punishments: 1. Any employee or representative of the Central Bank, any member of the committees and advisory councils formed within the Central Bank, or any member of the Board of Directors who discloses any confidential information in violation of the provisions of Article (26) of this decree-law. 2. Whoever intentionally discloses the confidentiality of the data and information referred to in Article (147) of this decree-law.
