No Person may carry out any act or conduct that obstructs the Authority or its exercise of powers pursuant to the provisions of this Decree by Law and the Relevant Legislation, including the following: 1. Destroying any documents, records, or papers. 2. Refusal to provide or make available any information or documents requested by the Authority. 3. Providing information or documents known to be misleading, false, forged, or altered. 4. Refusal to attend an investigation at the specified time and place without a valid excuse. 5. Refusal to provide any assistance relating to an investigation which the Person is capable of providing.
