The decision referred to in Article (204) of this Law shall be deemed annulled by force of law, with its consequences, in any of the following cases: 1. Issuance of a judgment by the Bankruptcy Court dismissing the application for the invalidation of the composition, dismissing the application for the rescission of the composition or dismissing the application. 2. If the decision was issued regarding the application for the invalidation of the composition and a decision was issued by the Public Prosecution to save the investigation or a judgment was issued by the Criminal Court acquitting the defendant regarding the same facts for which the application was submitted.
