Banking secrecy, professional secrecy, or contractual liability may not be invoked to prevent the application of the provisions of the Decree by Law and this Resolution in the following cases: 1. Exchange of information between Financial Institutions, where such exchange relates to reliance on third parties, correspondent banking relationships, or Wire Transfers regulated under Articles (20), (26), and (28) to (31) of this Resolution; 2. Exchange of information between Concerned Authorities at the national or international level relating to anti-crime matters.
