Employment discrimination is prohibited on grounds of sex, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, nationality, religion, age or Disability and covers direct disadvantage, unjustified indirect practices and harassment. Age treatment may be objectively justified; UAE-national and disadvantaged-group programmes remain permitted. The Court may award up to three years' Wages and order corrective steps.
