Commercial Companies Law — Article 175

The company shall enable the shareholders, the holders of the securities and the bondholders, to peruse the financial statements and the reports of the board of directors and the auditor, related to the past year at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date set for convening the annual general meeting. Subject to the provisions of the Capital Market Law, if an amendment to the financial statement is made by such general meeting, the board of directors of the company shall publish the amended financial statement, and a summary of the report of the board of directors, in one of the daily newspapers within seven (7) days of the approval thereof by the general meeting.
