Article Schedule 1 — Table (1) Classification of Risks to which the Protected Person may be Exposed

Risk levels and protection measures: 1. First level — High risk threatening the life of the protected person, family members or persons connected to the protected person. Measures: physical protection; change of residence; change of workplace; change of identity. 2. Second level — Moderate risk threatening physical safety or security or property of the protected person, family members or connected persons. Measures: use of remote-communication technology; any other measures approved by the Competent Court and necessary to ensure safety. 3. Third level — Low risk threatening the reputation of the protected person, family members or connected persons. Measures: use of remote-communication technology; any other measures approved by the Competent Court and necessary to ensure safety.
