In all cases, the following rules shall apply upon calculating the time limits: 1.The Notification day or the day on which the incident for which the time limit occurred is not included in the time limit. 2.If the last day of the time limit is not a Business Day, the time limit shall be extended to the subsequent first Business Day. 3.The time limits and dates set forth in this Decree-Law and the Tax Law shall be calculated according to the Gregorian calendar.
