The Committee shall have the following competences: 1.To decide on objections filed against FTA's decisions on reconsideration applications. 2.To decide on reconsideration applications submitted to FTA and no decision has been taken thereon, pursuant to the provisions of this Decree-Law. 3.Any other competences assigned to the Committee by the Cabinet.
