1. In a revocable divorce, the husband shall document the take back before the competent court within a maximum period of (15) fifteen days from the date of the take back if he has documented the divorce, and he shall inform the wife of the take back immediately upon its occurrence, even if the divorce has not been documented. 2. If the husband does not document the take back within the specified period, and the woman does not know about it and she marries another, then the take back shall be invalid.
