The offer and acceptance shall meet the following conditions: 1. They align explicitly in terms of words that convey the meaning of marriage in language and custom. 2. They must be coupled together at the same gathering ipso facto, and may be coupled together ipso jure, as prescribed by the legislation in force in this regard. 3. They shall be absolutely final, not subject to condition, not linked to the future, and not indicating timing.
