The separation between spouses during life bars inheritance from one another, except in the following two cases: 1. If the divorce is revocable, they inherit from each other as long as the woman is in her waiting period. 2. If a sick man divorces his wife on his deathbed without her request, she inherits from him unless she remarries before his death.
