1. The father’s guardianship over his minor child’s property shall include the preservation, management and investment thereof. 2. The father’s actions are deemed correct, especially in the following cases: a. Contracting on behalf of his child and disposing of his/her property. b. Conducting trade to the benefit of his child, and shall not continue to do so except in the case of apparent benefit. c. Accepting legitimate donations to the benefit of his child if they are free from harmful obligations. d. Spending from his child’s property on those whose maintenance is obligatory on him/her.
