1. Guardianship over the minor is divided into the following: a. Guardianship over the person (Wilayah Ala AL-Nafs) , which means general supervision over the person of the minor in a manner that does not conflict with the authority of the custodian to manage the affairs of the child in custody. b. Guardianship over property (Wilayah Ala AL-Mal) , which means taking care of everything related to the minor’s property. 2. Both guardianships may be combined in one person.
