Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law — Article 51 — Article (51)

Whoever forces another to use narcotics or psychotropic substances shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than ten years. The penalty shall be life imprisonment or the death penalty if the use of force results in the death of the victim.
