Pharmaceutical Consulting Office may not: 1. Practicing any activity not licensed. 2. Import, export, store, distribute or sell any Medical Products. 3. Providing advice or consultations to areas and establishments outside the scope of its competencies specified in the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law. 4. Dealing with other unlicensed Pharmaceutical Establishments or Biobanks. 5. Any other prohibitions specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree-Law. The Owner of the Pharmaceutical Consulting Office and the Pharmacist in charge shall be responsible for violating the provisions of this Article.
