1. The Ministry's staff, who are authorised by a decision issued by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Minister, shall have the capacity of judicial enforcement in proving what is in violation of the provisions of this Decree by law and its Executive Regulation and decisions issued in implementation thereof. They shall have the right to enter the relevant establishments, detect violations, and issue the necessary reports. 2. The Executive Regulation of this Decree by law shall define labour inspection procedures.
