1. Federal Law No. (9) of 1976 on Delinquent Juveniles and Homeless. 2. Any provision that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Law shall be repealed. 3. The Resolutions and Regulations issued prior to the entry into force of this law shall remain in force, in a manner that shall not conflict with its provisions, until the issuance of provisions replacing them in accordance with the provisions herein.
