1. The Cabinet, upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, shall issue the necessary decisions to determine the fees for services provided by the Federal Authorities in implementation of the provisions of this Decree by Law, its Executive Regulations, and the resolutions issued in implementation thereof. 2. The fees for services provided by the concerned Local Authority shall be determined in accordance with the legislation in force in each Emirate.
