1. The victim consent shall not be taken into consideration in any form of human trafficking, whenever using any if the means set forth in Clause No. (1) of Article (2) herein. 2. The consent of the victim father or guardian shall not be taken into consideration in cases where the victim is a child or an incapacitated person.
