Informal electronic evidence shall be legally valid vis-à-vis the parties to the transaction in the following cases, unless otherwise is established: 1.If it is issued according to the legislation in force in this regard; 2.If it is generated from an electronic means set forth in the contract, subject of the dispute; or 3.If is generated from an electronic means which is authenticated or available to the public.
