The owner of the Digital Identity shall be held responsible for the consequences of the failure thereof if the following measures are not taken: 1. Exercising due diligence to avoid any unauthorized use of the Digital Identity. 2. Notifying the concerned parties and persons immediately if it becomes known that there are doubts about the level of security of the Digital Identity used in an electronic service or transaction. 3. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of any material data provided thereby in relation to the Digital Identity throughout its validity period.
