A. Judgements of the Small Claims Tribunal may be appealed before the Courts of First Instance in accordance with the procedures established under the DIFC Laws, DIFC Regulations, Rules of the Courts or any Practice Direction or Order issued by the DIFC Courts, where the appeal relates to: 1. a question of law; 2. an allegation of a miscarriage of justice; 3. an issue of procedural fairness; or 4. a matter provided for in or under DIFC Laws. B. The Courts of First Instance may, in the exercise of their appellate jurisdiction under this Article, issue any orders or carry out any functions set out in paragraph (E) of Article (17) of this Law. C. Judgements issued by the Courts of First Instance under paragraph (A) of this Article are final and are not subject to any form of appeal.
