A. The DIFC Courts shall comprise of the following: 1. Court of Appeal; 2. Courts of First Instance, which includes specialised courts formed therein; and 3. Small Claims Tribunal. B. The order of these DIFC Courts shall be as set forth in paragraph (A) of this Article and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in accordance with this Law and the procedures stipulated under the Rules of the Courts.
