The DIFC Courts have jurisdiction to hear and determine applications for interim or precautionary measures related to the following: 1. Claims and applications that fall within the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. 2. A claim for the disclosure of the true identity of a defendant or a potential defendant, against whom a claim may be brought before the DIFC Courts. 3. A claim for the disclosure of funds or assets owned by the defendant or applicant in applications and claims that fall within the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. 4. Applications, claims, or current or future arbitral proceedings brought outside the DIFC seeking suitable precautionary measures within the DIFC.
