1. The Prosecutor may seize, at the post offices, all correspondence, letters, papers, printed materials and parcels, and, at the telegram offices, all cables. Furthermore, he may search the devices, networks, equipment, media, electronic supports, information systems, computer programs, or any technical means whenever the investigation so requires, or he may assign experts or specialists he deems appropriate to perform the same. 2. Subject to prior approval of the Attorney General, the Prosecutor may monitor and record the conversations, including wired and wireless communications.
