1. The Prosecutor shall conduct the investigation procedures with the assistance of one of a Public Prosecution's clerk, or may assign this duty to any other person after the latter takes the oath. 2. The Prosecutor and the clerk, as the case may be, shall sign every page of the investigation reports, and such reports, together with the other relevant papers, shall be kept in the case file. 3. Notwithstanding Clause [1] of this Article, the Prosecutor shall record all investigation procedures performed.
