Article 390 — Article (390) Order Re No Communication for the Defendant Who is Under Electronic Monitoring

1.The Public Prosecution may, where the investigation procedures so necessitate, in-clude in the provisional Electronic Monitoring Order an Order that the accused abstain from communicating with the other defendants, his accomplices, the victim or the vic-tim’s family, without prejudice to the Defendant's right to communicate with his at-torney at all times.
2. The order may also obligate the Defendant to comply with the obligations set forth in clauses (1) and (2) of Article (404) of this Law
