1. The Attorney General may amend or revoke the criminal order within thirty [30] following the date of its issue or amendment, or as of the date of waiver by the Defendant of its objection, even if the criminal order has been enforced. The criminal order shall be served upon the Defendant. 2. The Attorney General shall issue the decisions and instructions required for implementing the provisions set forth in this Chapter.
