1. The judgments rendered before the merits are adjudicated on may only be appealed if they give rise to a stay of proceedings. 2. Appealing the judgment rendered on the merits shall inevitably result in appealing such judgments. However, all judgments establishing lack of jurisdiction may be appealed. 3. The judgments establishing jurisdiction may be appealed if the court has no jurisdiction to hear the case in question.
