The invalid procedure may be replaced with a valid one, even after the invalidity is invoked, provided that the same takes place within the legal timeframe prescribed for performing the underlying procedure. If no such timeframe is established in the law, the Court shall set an appropriate time limit. In which case, the underlying procedure shall only become effective as of its replacement date.
