1. The litigants may disqualify the judges from adjudicating on any case in the instances described in Article [207] of this Law, and based on all disqualification instances described in the Civil Procedure Law. 2. Neither the Public Prosecution Members, nor the Judicial Police Officers, may be disqualified.
