Article 162 — Article (162) Open and Closed-Door Court Hearings

1. The court hearing shall be open; however, the court may, for reasons relating to the public order or preservation of public morals, order that the case, in whole or in part, be heard in cameras, or that particular persons be denied attendance. 2. With regard to the offenses against the honor and other instances prescribed by the law, the hearings shall be held in cameras.
