Anyone who acquires documents, printed materials or recording materials containing recommendation or promotion of anything from amongst those stipulated in Article (371), and such documents, printed materials or recordings are prepared for distribution or to give other persons access thereto, shall be punished by incarceration for a period not less one year and/or a fine not less than (5,000) five thousand AED. The penalty stipulated in the preceding Paragraph shall be imposed on anyone who owns any means of printing, recording or publicity that have been used for printing, recording or broadcasting proclamations, songs or propaganda for a doctrine, association, entity or organization with aiming to any of the objectives stated in Article (371).
