Article 371 — Article (371)

It is prohibited to any group, entity or organization to hold any conference or meeting, in any place in the State, if they aim from such meeting, directly or indirectly, to challenge or raise doubts in the basic principles and instructions of the Islamic Religion or any of its necessarily well-known mandates and precepts, or to preach any religion other than Islam. The Public Authority may to terminate such conference or meeting with the use of force, if necessary. Anyone who participates in the preparation of such conference or meeting, or who takes part therein, shall be punished with temporary imprisonment for a period not less than (5) five years and not exceeding (10) ten years.
