A penalty of incarceration for a period not less than one year and a fine not less than (50,000) fifty thousand AED shall be imposed on anyone who deliberately removes, breaks, destroys or incapacitates any equipment, tools or signs designated for prevention of accidents or surveillance cameras. The penalty shall be temporary imprisonment if said act results in a disaster In all cases, the perpetrator shall be ordered by a judgment to pay the value of the damages caused thereby.
