A penalty of temporary imprisonment shall be imposed on any public servant, a person entrusted with a public service, a foreign public servant or an employee of an international organization who, directly or indirectly, requests, accepts, takes or promises, an unentitled gift, privilege or grant, whether in favour of the employee himself or in favour of another person, entity or establishment, in return for performing or omitting performing an act which is wrongly believed or which he claims to be among his job duties.
