A penalty of incarceration for a period not exceeding (2) two years or a fine not exceeding (50,000) fifty thousand AED shall be imposed on anyone who provides incorrect personal information in a judicial or administrative investigation. The same penalty shall be imposed on whoever provides false personal information to a public servant during and for the purpose of the performance of his job.
